By accessing nxs.bio or purchasing any service from Nexus Bio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Nexus Bio provides biomarker analysis reports, optimization protocols, and educational content. Deliverables include: a written analysis of your submitted lab panel, a 90-day optimization roadmap, and a 1-on-1 walkthrough of the report.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time.
Nexus Bio is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our reports are educational and analytical. They are not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified, licensed physician.
Do not use Nexus Bio for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
You agree that you will consult with a licensed physician before making any change to your medication, supplementation, diet, exercise regimen, or other health-related behavior based on our reports or content.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit, including lab results, medical history, and personal context. Incomplete or inaccurate information may produce analysis that does not reflect your actual biological state.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to resell our reports, or to misrepresent our analysis as clinical or diagnostic advice.
Prices are listed on the services page and may change at any time for new orders. Your purchase is confirmed at the price shown at the time of checkout.
Because our deliverables are personalized and begin production immediately, refunds are available only before analysis has started. Once the report is in production, purchases are final.
If we fail to deliver the service as described through our own fault, we will refund the fee paid for that specific engagement.
All content on nxs.bio — including research entries, frameworks, reports, and site design — is the property of Nexus Bio or our licensors and is protected by copyright.
Your personal report is provided for your individual use. You may share it with your physician or healthcare team. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute it publicly without written permission.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific health outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Bio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Bio, its operators, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus Bio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
